Worldwide shipping is available. Standard and Priority orders will be processed within 1-3 business days from the order date, excluding weekends and holidays. Express and Expedited UPS orders need to be placed before 9am EST to be processed the same day, any Express or Expedited FedEx orders placed after 9am EST will be processed the following business day.

Please be informed that BURKINISTAR is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as shipping times do vary depending on your package’s origin and destination. Additional customs fees may apply.

BURKINISTAR is not responsible for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. We do not claim responsibility for delays or lost items due to items being returned to sender by our third-party mail carriers, for reasons including, but not limited to: insufficient addresses, incorrect address provided at checkout, inaccessible delivery location at the time of delivery, unpaid duties fees, and inability to forward the package to updated addresses.

We offer standard shipping with insurance, Priority, and Express packages are automatically insured. For more information on international custom fees, please contact your postal office or local government. BURKINISTAR does not enforce these fees so we are unable to waive the fee upon delivery or reimburse you for this fee. Failure to pay customs fees will result in the parcel being sent back to us and store credit will be issued, minus the initial shipping cost.

Please note all Express, Expedited, and International parcels MUST be shipped to the billing address of the cardholder. In the event your billing address and shipping address do not match, your order will be placed on hold and you will be contacted by one of our customer service representatives. This policy helps us to maintain a safe online shopping environment for all BURKINISTAR customers.
